Screening Assessment
The TPI Assessment is a full-body movement screen designed specifically for golfers. It identifies how your mobility, stability, and strength affect your golf swing. During the assessment, we go through a series of simple movement tests that reveal any physical limitations — like tight hips, weak core stability, or limited shoulder rotation — that could be holding back your performance or causing pain.

TPI Assessment Results
Your results show how your body moves in relation to your golf swing — highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and mobility restrictions. From there, we pinpoint what’s limiting your performance and design a custom plan to improve movement, strength, and efficiency for a more powerful, consistent, and pain-free swing.

With over a decade of coaching experience, I’ve helped athletes, high performers, and everyday parents transform their bodies and elevate their performance — both in life and in sport. I’ve had the privilege of working with elite professionals such as Kane Brown, Brandon Davis, Vonn Bell of the Cincinnati Bengals, Isaiah Mack, John Rhodes, and numerous other top-level competitors across multiple sports.
Now, as a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified specialist, I bring an advanced, golf-specific approach to improving mobility, strength, and power.
By combining TPI’s world-class movement assessment system with my biomechanics background, I help golfers increase distance, play pain-free, and unlock a more efficient, repeatable swing that holds up under pressure.

What sets my program apart is that it’s truly built around you—your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. This isn’t some pre-made, cookie-cutter plan with your name slapped on it. Everything from your workouts to your nutrition is fully customized based on how your body responds, ensuring it’s sustainable and actually gets results.
Most coaches tweak a generic program and call it “custom.” I don’t do that. I build everything from the ground up based on your body type, your schedule, your experience level, and even how your body reacts to specific foods and training styles.
You also won’t be handed off to an assistant coach or left on your own. You’ll be working directly with me every step of the way. We talk daily, we adjust often, and we make sure you're never left guessing.
Plus, I don’t flip your life upside down overnight. My method is about building a rock-solid foundation through small, strategic steps that create long-term, sustainable progress. This approach not only gets results—it guarantees them.

We take it one step at a time—literally. For some, that first step might just be walking a little more each day. And that’s perfectly fine. My job is to guide you with a clear, doable plan that fits your current level while moving you toward real, lasting results.

You don’t need a gym to get started.
I design programs based on what you have access to—whether that’s a full gym setup, a few dumbbells at home, or just your bodyweight. We’ll create a plan that fits your current environment and lifestyle, no matter what that looks like.
If you do want to join a gym, I’ll even help you find one that fits your needs and makes you feel comfortable—so you’re set up for success from day one.
Bottom line: no gym, no problem. This program is built around you, not equipment.

If you can commit just 2 hours a week, you’ll start seeing real changes—physically and mentally. That’s less than 2% of your entire week.
Most clients train anywhere between 2 to 4 hours weekly, but I’ll work with whatever time you realistically have. Even if we’re starting with just 1 hour a week, we’ll make it count.
The key is consistency over perfection. We build your plan around your schedule—not the other way around.

As long as your doctor clears you for physical activity, we’ll create a plan that works around your limitations while still helping you make progress. Your safety comes first, always. From there, we focus on what you can do, and build a routine that keeps you moving without causing pain or setbacks.

This isn’t about extreme dieting or cutting out everything you enjoy. From day one, we build a nutrition plan around what you can realistically handle—no starving, no strict meal plans, and definitely no food guilt.
At first, I’ll simply guide you to start making better choices, step by step. Then, we make small, manageable adjustments each week based on how your body responds and what you can stick with long-term.
The goal is progress without burnout—so you stay consistent, avoid bingeing, and actually enjoy the process. You can still eat the foods you love… we’ll just learn how to fit them into a lifestyle that gets results.

Most clients work with me anywhere from 3 to 12 months, and some have stayed with me for 4+ years because they love the structure and ongoing support. My mission is to help you build a sustainable lifestyle—not just get short-term results.
For some, that means I handle everything so they can stay consistent without overthinking it. Others prefer to learn the process, gain independence, and eventually manage their own fitness after we’ve laid the foundation together.
Whether you want long-term support or you're looking to master this and fly solo, I’ll meet you where you’re at. My role is to guide, teach, and support you however you need.
